OCHA exists to equip pastors and unite churches in promoting mental, emotional, and spiritual health through education, media, and pastoral support. We are committed to breaking the silence around mental health in faith communities – empowering leaders, resourcing ministries, and creating spaces where healing and hope are possible through Christ.

Gospel & Hope Magazine exists to encourage, educate, and equip the Church by bringing mental, emotional, and spiritual health into the light of the Gospel. Through powerful stories, biblical insights, and expert resources, we aim to break stigma, build resilience, and inspire healing—so that every believer can walk in the fullness of Christ with hope.

My mission is to proclaim the hope of the Gospel while bringing clarity, compassion, and Christ-centered truth to the conversation around mental health in the Church. Whether in the pulpit or on the conference stage, I seek to equip leaders and congregations with biblical insight and practical tools that foster healing, break stigma, and cultivate emotionally healthy faith communities. Every message is grounded in Scripture, rooted in grace, and designed to help the Church walk in wholeness—mind, body, and spirit.
